How America's Best Came in Clutch During Quarantine
I don’t know how you all have been managing quarantine, but I was reminded of all of the things I had been forgetting to do — like order new contacts. So I placed a call on one of my endless days of nothing going on. Fortunately, the America’s Best customer service center was open (not everyone is, y’all). That’s when a friendly representative looked up my prescription and advised me that it expired in March! When I say that I put some things off — it had been a year. Great job, My.
Aaanyway, I was definitely on my last pair of contacts and only thought to order more because I scratched my left lens somehow. So here I was without backup lenses and with an expired prescription, not knowing when this COVID lockdown would be over so I could make an appointment for a new exam. The America’s Best rep offered to extend my prescription and order the contacts that day. A week later, I’m here viewing my screen with both eyes, and we’re back in business. Kindness matters in business and I’m so grateful America’s Best was willing to work with me. This work-from-home life is a little difficult to do with only one eye!
Let’s keep making memories,
My ;)
