One Year With Glory - Raleigh Mom

Glory has started attempting to stand unassisted. She claps and bounces. Her little smile lights up her whole face. She’s still fascinated by Autumn and love anything she can bang on like a drum.

When it comes to eating, Glory does really well with pureed foods. She’s also been eager to try foods she can sink her teeth into. Now, that she’s up to 8 teeth, she’s got a lot to work with. Glory loves using her thumb and forefinger to pick up little foods. She loves Cheerios, teething wafers, and pineapples. I haven’t won her over on eggs yet, but I’m not ready to give up! Glory does this fun thing where if you try to put small foods her mouth, she spits them out and then uses her little pincers to pick up the food. Yep, she’s already starting with the “I can do it myself, mom.” Unfortunately, she’s also taken to using her crib as a chew toy.
